# Quayvanta copyright and licence notice

This package was prepared for the Quayvanta project owner. It does not grant third parties an open-source licence or permission to copy, redistribute or sell protected Quayvanta code, artwork, branding or written content. This notice does not claim ownership of third-party material, market-price facts, port names or other material outside Quayvanta's rights. Statutory rights and exceptions remain unaffected.

The Quayvanta name is used as the project's brand. No registered trade mark or completed trade-mark clearance is claimed.

## Before public release

The marine market series has been removed from the website and its server. Automatic provider requests have stopped. This resolves the third-party market-feed display blocker without purchasing a licence. Supplier quotations must have a verified source and permission to display before being published. The unsent permission draft is retained for a possible future integration.

The project owner confirmed that CatchValue was made by their team. The former reference-based banner has been replaced with a new image generated without reference inputs. This notice records provenance and limits; it is not a copyright registration, trade-mark registration or legal clearance certificate.

Monthly retail prices are not landing bids or marine quotations. Missing values remain unavailable. ATA06 was assessed but rejected for the current board because it ends in 2004. No restricted auction or subscription feed is scraped.

CSO CPM12 supplies separate six-product Irish retail history under CC BY 4.0; every product unit is per kg.
